Adrienne Rzepnick, M.S. CCC-SLP

Adrienne Rzepnick founded SpeechLink in 2004 and since has been running her growing practice in Irvine, CA. Adrienne received her Master of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from San Diego State University. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, a rehabilitation facility, and private clinics. Her experience in these settings afforded her a myriad of clinical experiences, which included working with clients with various disorders and diagnoses, such as developmental delay, traumatic brain injury, autism, selective language impairment, articulation, ADD/ADHD, deaf and hard of hearing, dysphagia, and many more. Adrienne has received her PROMPT certification, and stays current with best practices in speech pathology. She is an active member of ASHA as well as CSHA.

Michaela Fryer, M.C.D., CCC-SLP

Michaela Fryer joined the SpeechLink team in 2020 where she completed her Clinical Fellowship. Michaela received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders with a minor in Spanish as well as a Master of Communication Disorders from Auburn University in Auburn, AL. During her graduate education and Clinical Fellowship, Michaela gained valuable clinical experience working in the acute care rehabilitation hospital, preschool, and private practice settings. She is a licensed and certified SLP through ASHA and CSHA. Michaela・s areas of clinical interest include articulation and phonology, childhood apraxia of speech, cleft lip and/or palate, play development, voice and resonance, and feeding/swallowing. Michaela enjoys providing services in English and Spanish and incorporating her love of performing arts and improv into her clinical practice.

Tina Hilling, M.S., CCC-SLP

Tina Hilling has worked 38 years as a Certified and Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with the Irvine Unified School District. She is experienced working with preschool through high school students from a variety of backgrounds and with a variety of disabilities. She specializes in providing services for individuals with Articulation, Phonology, Apraxia and Language Delays and has been successful teaching Early Literacy programs and interventions. On her time off she enjoys travel, playing games & Jazzercise!
