Adrienne Rzepnick, M.S. CCC-SLP

Adrienne Rzepnick founded SpeechLink in 2004 and since has been running her growing practice in Irvine, CA. Adrienne received her Master of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from San Diego State University. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, a rehabilitation facility, and private clinics. Her experience in these settings afforded her a myriad of clinical experiences, which included working with clients with various disorders and diagnoses, such as developmental delay, traumatic brain injury, autism, selective language impairment, articulation, ADD/ADHD, deaf and hard of hearing, dysphagia, and many more. Adrienne has received her PROMPT certification, and stays current with best practices in speech pathology. She is an active member of ASHA as well as CSHA.

Elaine Haynes, M.S. CCC-SLP

Elaine Haynes joined the SpeechLink team in 2014. Elaine received her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from California State University, Northridge. Prior to SpeechLink, Elaine worked at Irvine Unified School District and the Early Childhood Learning Center, where she provided speech and language therapy to children in individual and group settings, as well as provided ongoing evaluations for children. Additionally, she consulted with parents, teachers, and other team members to help determine services and appropriate goals for children. She particularly enjoys working with toddlers and has been an excellent addition to the SpeechLink team. Elaine is a licensed and certified SLP and is an active member with ASHA and CSHA.
